RETURNS

We are sorry that your purchase wasn’t quite right.

Full price items can be returned to us 30 days from the date of delivery. After 30 days, we will be unable to offer you an exchange or refund. To receive a refund, we ask that your item must be returned to us unused and in the same condition that you received it, sealed and in the original tube.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Partial refunds may be considered in the event of receiving an item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Once we have received your return in its original condition and packaging, we will send you an email to notify you of its safe arrival with us. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven days. 

EXCHANGES

Requests for exchanges will only be accepted if the print arrives damaged or is defective. Our packaging is high quality and protective, however you should frame your print as soon as you can to prevent any damages. If a print arrives to you in a damaged state, you should note this with the delivery courier, and immediately report to juliacairaphotography@gmail.com.

RETURNS DETAILS

If you would like to return your print(s), please email juliacairaphotography@gmail.com with your order number and reason for returning. Once approved, you can send your order to Julia Caira, 58 Slade Gardens, Kirriemuir, Angus, DD85AG.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for return costs when the item is not defective or damaged. You should use a tracked service, and retain all receipts and proof of postage to ensure we can refund you.
